It happened Friday afternoon, October 5^th. Police got a call about a shooting on Coliseum Boulevard. Once they arrived on the scene they discovered that the shooting was an accident. A man was at a gun shop and before going inside the store, he was checking out his firearm in the car. The gun ended up going off, and he shot himself in the leg. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition and police are still investigating.
