Parkview Field Taking Part in Global Movement Today
Today is "One Billion Rising Day." It's a global movement to end violence against women. Residents are asked to come together to dance in a show of solidarity at Parkview Field.
The Allen County Board of Commissioners has proclaimed today “One Billion Rising Day.”
