Adult Night Club Proposal Denied in Angola
The owner of a proposed adult night club in Angola may be taking his case to federal court. Media reports say Alva Butler's appeal for a business license was not granted in a hearing last week. Citing city ordinances, officials say the proposed strip club did not pass muster. One of the sticking points in the 17-page ruling; the club was less than 750 feet from homes. Butler is expected to challenge the decision as unconstitutional.
