FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) - An Indiana man will be taken to Ohio to face charges alleging he started a fire inside a landmark mosque.

WTOL-TV in Toledo reports that 52-year-old Randy Linn of St. Joe waived extradition Wednesday.

Police near Toledo filed arson, burglary and concealed weapon charges on Wednesday against Linn in connection with Sunday's fire at the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo.

A spokesman for the Ohio fire marshal's office says investigators believe Linn is the person recorded by a surveillance camera outside the center.

The fire caused smoke and water damage in a prayer room at the mosque, which sits along Interstate 75 near Toledo and has a golden dome that is visible for miles.
