IU recruit James Blackmon Jr. hit for an SAC holiday tournament record 45 points but it wasn't enough as his Bishop Luers Knights were beaten by Snider 101-87 in first round play. Other boys winners include Northrop, Concordia and Wayne.In the girls bracket, the top-seeded Lady Archers of South Side cruised to a 72-19 win over North Side while Bishop Luers, Snider and Concordia also advanced. Semifinals are today as 4 games are scheduled followed by the finals on Saturday with all games played at Wayne High School.
