INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Supreme Court has upheld the nation's broadest school voucher program, clearing the way for its expansion.  Critics had argued that the program primarily benefited religious, private schools.  Supporters of the program said parents can send their children to any school they want, and the state's high court agreed today.  In a unanimous decision, the justices said the program does not violate the state constitution.  More than half a million Indiana students qualify for vouchers.  Lawmakers have introduced a bill that would expand the program to kindergarten.
