INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says its Healthy Rivers conversation project will open more than 2,800 new acres for public use this spring. They include multiple parcels totaling more than 2,300 acres along the Muscatatuck River in Jackson, Scott and Washington counties. The DNR says an Indiana license is required to fish or hunt on the properties.
