  Unabomber Ted Kacynski is battling plans by the federal government to auction his belongings

Proceeds of the sales will go to four of his surviving victims, injured by his mail bombs. They're owed $15 million awarded to them in a civil suit. In a hand-written legal document, Kacynski has noted that a district court order allowing the auction "violates K's First Amendment rights."
