COMBINE TOGETHER:
1 BOX BROWN SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON DRY MUSTARD
2 TABLESPOONS LAWRYS SEASONING SALT
2 TABLESPOONS PAPRIKA
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
PLACE A THIN LAYER IN A GLASS OR MARINATING TUPPERWARE DISH. LAYER IN THE PORK CHOPS.
COVER THE REMAINING PORK CHOPS
LET STAND 24 HOURS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
TURN OVER EVERY TIME YOU PASS THE CONTAINER.
1s, NOTE: THIN CUT PORK CHOPS ARE BETTER THAN THICK CUT.
2ND NOTE: GRILL AT LOW TO MED HEAT. WATCH THE CHOPS AS THEY WILL BURN VERY QUICKLY. JUST HEAT THROUGH.
