Gregg Henson has been in radio for his entire adult life.
The Detroit native began his career in 1988 as an unpaid intern at WCSX radio (Detroit) where he learned his craft from some of the finest broadcasters in the industry as Morning Show Producer.
In 1994 Henson he shifted his focus from music radio to talk. By 1996, Henson was Director of Programming Operations for WDFN (sports) in Detroit as well as the popular Morning Show Host for the station.
In 2002 Henson moved to CBS radio as Program Director for WXYT (sports) and Midday host, he eventually reinvented himself again with a move to Hot Talk 97.1 in 2003.
In 2005, Henson’s career led him to Texas where he hosted radio shows in Austin and Dallas.
Henson returned to the Midwest in 2011 and again shifted his focus, this time from sports talk to News/talk.
Henson lives in Leo, IN with his wife Nicole and two young sons Noah and Cooper. |
