Indiana presidential primary 2016: The details about campaign stops in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): For the first time in a long time Indiana will play an important role in the presidential primary.

Ahead of Indiana’s May 3 primary, most presidential hopefuls have been focusing on the Hoosier state.

Ted Cruz was the first candidate to make a stop in the Summit City but almost every candidate plans to campaign in Fort Wayne before Tuesday.

Here is a list of the campaign stops in Fort Wayne.

Bill Clinton campaigning for Hillary Clinton
WHEN: 3 p.m. Saturday
WHERE: McMillen Park Community Center, 3901 Abbott St.
TICKETS: Attendees must RSVP for the event, but tickets are free.
DOORS OPEN: at 2:15 p.m.

Donald Trump
WHEN: 4 p.m. Sunday
WHERE: Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, 4000 Parnell Ave. 
TICKETS: Attendees must RSVP for the event, but tickets are free.
DOORS OPEN: at 12:30 p.m.

Bernie Sanders
WHEN: 2:30 p.m. Monday
WHERE: Hilliard Gates Athletic Center Gymnasium at IPFW, 2101 E. Coliseum Blvd.
TICKETS: Attendees must RSVP for the event, but tickets are free.
DOORS OPEN: at 11:30 a.m

Ted Cruz
WHEN: 2 p.m. Monday
WHERE: Grand Wayne Convention Center, 120 W. Jefferson Blvd.
TICKETS: Attendees must have tickets to enter. Tickets are free but limited.
DOORS OPEN: at 1 p.m.
