STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): This afternoon, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office conducted a child molesting investigation involving a child under the age of 14.

The incident occurred between March 2013 and the end of July 2013. During the investigation, Steuben County Detectives determined that the offense happened within the Town of Hudson in Steuben County. 

That tip lead to the arrest of 23-year-old Dayton Penland, of Angola. He was arrested for four Class A Felony Child Molesting charges.
