House Democrats Choose Northern Indiana Representatives to Lead After Poor Showing in Tuesday’s Elections

Democratic lawmakers voted yesterday to elect Michigan City Representative Scott Pelath their new leader and Hammond Representative Linda Lawson their second-in-command. Republicans on Tuesday won a super-majority in the House.
