One in Custody after Failing to Register as Sex Offender

AUBURN, Ind. (WOWO): An Auburn man was taken into custody just after 9 a.m. Monday, for failing to register as a sex offender. Officials in Steuben County located and apprehended 25-year-old Stevie Lozoya in the 1100 block of Superior Drive in Auburn after a warrant was issued charging him to one count failure to register a sex or violent offender. Lozoya was booked into the Steuben County Jail on a 10 thousand dollar bond.
