FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A community event to remember the events of September 11th, 2001 is set for this afternoon and evening in Fort Wayne.
 

The Law Enforcement/Firefighters Memorial on North Wells Street will host a casual remembrance from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

That's near the St. Mary's River Bridge. There are no ceremonies planned, but participants will have a chance to place flags to honor the police and safety workers who died 13 years ago today.
