New Law Gives Veterans More Access to College

VINCENNES, Ind. (AP): Vincennes University officials hope a new Indiana law will help build on its role as a top school for military personnel. According to reports, the bill signed by Gov. Mike Pence grants in-state tuition rates to honorably discharged veterans and active duty National Guard members as long as they enroll in an Indiana state college within a year of settling here.
