NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Check your kids’ candy after they go trick-or-treating this week.

There’s a post circulating on Facebook, made by a Columbia City woman, showing a small blade sticking out of a candy bar. She says she made the discovery after her family visited a trick-or-treating event at Chain O’ Lakes State Park last Saturday.

It doesn’t appear that the child was hurt in any way.

The Noble County Sheriff’s Ofice has confirmed they’re investigating the situation and reminds you to always check your children’s candy before letting them eat any of it.
