Ambulance Shooter Sentenced to 60 Years

A man who fired shots at an ambulance this past fall has been sentenced to 60 years in jail on multiple counts of attempted murder along with other charges, that according to the Journal Gazette. Traneilous Jackson admitted in court to shooting a hospital-bound ambulance carrying a family that Jackson said he intended to kill. Dontay D. Martin of Fort Wayne has also pleaded guilty to charges in connection with the case. He has not yet been sentenced.
