INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO):  There’s another scam and this one involves the BMV. Officials say Hoosiers are receiving calls from a company claiming to be the state agency offering to lower insurance rates. The BMV reminds you at no time will they ever contact customers about insurance rates. The offending calls were coming from the following phone number: 765-733-1023.
