Poverty on the Rise in Indy

NEW YORK (AP): A new analysis of Census Bureau data shows that Indianapolis' poverty rate increased more than any other large U.S. city from 2000 through 2012. The survey released yesterday by New York City's Center for Economic Opportunity pegged Indianapolis' poverty rate increase at 88 percent during that period.
