Angie’s List Cancels Expansion After Passage of RFRA

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Angie's List has cancelled a company expansion project after the Religious Freedom Restoration Act was enacted into law by Governor Pence.

According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, CEO Bill Oesterle announced today that the company will cancel its expansion project on Indianapolis' Near East Side due to the passage of the RFRA.

The company was expected to start construction within the next few days. Oesterle said he is disappointed in what the bill represents and understands the effect the bill has on employees.

Angie's List is now reviewing alternatives for the for expanding their headquarters.
