KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — A 38-year-old man from Mentone has turned himself in to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office after an arrest warrant was issued for him in late January.

William Kollman is facing charges of possessing child sex abuse material and voyeurism.

He had been under investigation since Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received cyber tips in August 2024.

The tips came from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
