Rally Planned Against Religious Freedom Law

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A local reaction to the Religious Freedom Restoration legislation signed into law.

There's a rally scheduled for Saturday afternoon at the courthouse green. The downtown event gets underway at 2 p.m.

News of the rally comes a day after Governor Mike Pence signed the bill into law in Indiana.

Supporters say it protects religious rights, opponents say its a way to legally discriminate under the guise of religious objections, including gays and lesbians.
