A standoff that started yesterday afternoon lasts 6 hours; the end result everyone is okay.  A call came into Allen County deputies at about 4 in the afternoon about a man that wanted to commit suicide in his house in a subdivision off of Mayhew Road.  There were early reports the man was former military and had several weapons in the house; the neighbors around him were evacuated.  At about 11 at night, he gave himself up without incident.
