A Fort Wayne woman who claimed she was struck and injured by a school bus has been charged with fraud. Forty-two-year-old Shelley Lapsley faces charges for allegedly submitting false claims of injury and misleading information to an insurance company. Court documents say surveillance video from the bus’ onboard camera shows Lapsley intentionally punched the bus.
