FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Saturday night accident has claimed a life. It happened at Hayden and McCulloch Streets. The victim was found unconscious at the scene.
He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Investigators believe the man was in a vehicle attempting to pass a box truck. The vehicle side-swiped the truck and then crashed into a tree.
The driver of truck was not injured.
