Bisard to be sentenced Tuesday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Indianapolis police officer found guilty of reckless homicide and drunk driving will be sentenced today

David Bisard faces as much as 26 years in prison after being found guilty in October of nine felony counts, including reckless homicide, criminal recklessness and drunk driving in a crash after he plowed into a group of motorcyclist killing one and injuring two others.

The trial was moved Allen Superior Court after pre-trial media attention.
