ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): As of 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, power had been restored to all but about 400 I&M customers in the Fort Wayne area. 

I&M crews will continue restoration efforts through the night and they expect all of their customers who lost power today due to the bad weather, to be restored by 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
