FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Organizers of tonight's events at the Historic Wells Street Bridge say they are canceling the event.

The celebration was set to include live music and food trucks, but the threat of strong storms is to much to contend with.

The mayors office says there are other events devoted to Fort Wayne's Riverfronts to enjoy throughout the summer.
