Construction Continues on Expo Center at Memorial Coliseum

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO); Work continues on the 27,000-square-foot addition to the Memorial Coliseum.

The News-Sentinel reports construction crews are adding onto the Expo Center- a project that costs about $16.7 million.

The addition should be finished by early next year. With the new construction, the coliseum will be able to host more events, like businesses conferences.

According to a press release, about 27 subcontractors, a majority of which are from the Allen County area, are assisting with construction. Over 100 new construction jobs have also been added.
