LAPORTE, Ind. (AP): U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is returning to the Roman Catholic boarding school he graduated from 40 years ago to give the commencement speech. Roberts is scheduled to speak today at La Lumiere School near LaPorte.  Roberts graduated at the top of his class in 1973.
