Pence Wants Transformed Office to Cut Red Tape

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence is changing the mission of Indiana's Office of Federal Grants and Procurement.  Pence says a new Office of State-Based Initiatives will work with state agencies to perform cost-benefit analyses on every federal grant opportunity. They'll also publish an annual study of the costs of federal regulations.
