Survey: Many Overly Optimistic About Disaster Aid

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A new survey suggests many Indiana residents are too optimistic about how fast emergency aid might reach them following a natural disaster. Fifty-one percent of those who completed the state Department of Homeland Security's online survey believe emergency personnel would be able to arrive at their residences within six hours of a widespread disaster. The state agency says that's unrealistic.
