Coroner Rules Sunday Death homicide.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The death of a Fort Wayne man Sunday has been ruled homicide.

The Allen Coroner's office has determined a man found in an alley off Central Drive Sunday died from a gunshot wound. Authorities have identified the man, but his name has not been released. It is the 43rd homicide of the year in the county.

Sunday just around 3:15 p.m., officers found the man unresponsive in the alley on the city's southeast side. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The individual is described as a black man.
