Fatal Adams County Shooting Ruled Accident

DECATUR, Ind. (WOWO): The Adams County Coroner is ruling a fatal shooting on Saturday as an accident.

The coroner ruled that 29 year old David Hirschy of Berne died from a single gunshot wound to the head. He was found dead on North Monmouth Road in northern Adams County late Saturday morning. 

He was found in a rural area between Monmouth and Decatur. 

The Adams County Sheriff's Department and the coroner's office is still investigating the circumstances that led to Hirschy's death, but so far have not released any more information.
