INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): A Senate Bill would redefine child abuse in Indiana.

State Representative Bob Morris (R-Fort Wayne) tells WOWO news Senate Bill 357 would add a child abuse registry to existing law as a response to a couple of tragic cases.

“There was a case that came out of Elkhart. A 19-month old was dropped off at the babysitter, ended up being sent to the hospital, and the babysitter had a past history of abuse,” Morris says.
