Both southbound lanes of southbound I-69 at I-469 near the GM plant in Allen County are now completely re-opened following this morning’s crash involving a semi tractor trailer that took the exit ramp too fast and flopped over onto its left side, blocking both lanes for one hour and the left lane for almost seven hours.
