FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Traffic lights are out Friday morning at Wayne and Clay Streets due to a crash involving a police car. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, one person was taken to a hospital. The person's condition was unknown. Crews are on the scene working to repair power.
