Fort Wayne Man Drives Off Freeway Exit-Ramp

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man faces drug charges after driving his car off the side of a freeway exit ramp.

According to the Journal Gazette, someone reported to police that 21-year-old Eric Gaff seemed intoxicated while driving on Interstate 69.

Gaff drove off the road sometime before police arrived. When officers encountered Gaff, they discovered a slew of drugs in the car, including marijuana, meth, cocaine, ecstasy, psychedelic mushrooms, and narcotic pills.

Police also found scales, plastic bags, and other drug paraphernalia.

Gaff faces charges of dealing methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana, along with operating a vehicle with a BAC more than .08 percent.

He was held Wednesday in Allen County Jail on a $150,000 bail.
