FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Average retail gasoline prices in the city have fallen 12 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.78/gallon yesterday. That's better than the national average, which has dropped about 0.9 cents. Patrick DeHaan with GasBuddy.com says he doesn't think we'll be seeing any sort of major summer decline like we have the last few years.
