FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Kelly Chevrolet will celebrate the grand opening of its new dealership at Lima Road and I-69 Tuesday. The 57,000 square-foot facility will allow the company to hire up to 25 additional people. The cost of the building, equipment, and construction totals almost $10 million.
