Marlin Stutzman’s campaign says he conducted political work during trip

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (AP): Marlin Stutzman’s Senate campaign says the Indiana congressman was conducting political work during a family trip to California that was billed at least in part to the campaign.

The Associated Press reported Wednesday that the Republican’s campaign paid more than $2,000 in airfare for the family’s four tickets to Los Angeles. The AP also found a hotel stay and van rental were charged to the fund during the August trip.

Nice perk for the family. I am sure this is common, but if you really value integrity and honesty, you should avoid doing things like this.
