A new housing development near Parkview Hospital is in its early stages; however, the planning commission has been given a sneak peak at the plans, which will run between 195 to 275 thousand dollars for 3 bedroom houses with a garage.  Don’t worry about yard upkeep, it’ll be an association and will have people to take care of that for you.  They’re hoping this will help bring more young professionals to our area and will increase the average salary. This after we found out last month that our city lags behind the average of $40,248.
