KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Kosciusko County deputies had their hands full yesterday afternoon after a pair of crashes that killed one and left two others in critical condition.

First, officers were called to the intersection of US 30 and County Road 200 West in Warsaw at about 1:21pm (photo above), where a red Jeep had overturned and pinned the driver underneath it. The driver, 34-year-old Dustin Cullen of Bremen, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies say Cullen had been driving east on US 30 and swerved to avoid hitting some stopped traffic, losing control of his vehicle. He had been wearing his seatbelt.

Ninety minutes later, officers were called to the intersection of County Roads 700 North and 200 East near Leesburg, after a white van trying to pass a vehicle in a no-passing zone ended up slamming into a blue car (photo below) that was crossing the intersection at the same time.
