Panel Recommends Removing Peregrine Falcon

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Indiana Natural Resources Commission has recommended removing the peregrine falcon from the state endangered species list. But several more steps still must be taken before that happens. The approval by the commission yesterday is subject to review by the attorney general and governor, a process that can take more than two months.
