Traffic Stop Turns into Meth Bust in Waterloo

WATERLOO, Ind. (WOWO): A traffic stop turned into a meth bust in Waterloo. Officers were pulling over a semi that was traveling on Highway 6, east of SR 467, when they found an active one-pot reaction vessel commonly used to make meth. 49-year-old William Nicholas, of Waterloo, was charged with Dealing Methamphetamine, a class B Felony.
