Vacant Building Construction Approved in Airport Business Center

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission has approved a proposal for construction on an empty building in the Airport Business Center.

The Hagerman Group own land for the building near Ardmore Avenue along Airport Expressway, on Fort Wayne's southwest side.

The project is almost three years in the making. According to our partners in news at 21Alive, the shell building is about 7,500 square feet. The company is thinking of expanding it up to 300,000 square feet across almost 16 acres of land.
