Warsaw man arrested for child molesting

UPDATE: The earlier version of this story identified Banks as a co-owner of the Warsaw Rise’n Roll. The company says it was his wife, not Banks, who was a co-owner, and the story has been updated to reflect that.

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A former manager of the Warsaw Rise’n Roll is in the Kosciusko County Jail.

56-year-old Vincent Banks was arrested this week on a preliminary charge of child molestation. He’s being held on a $50,250 bail.

WNDU reports Banks’ wife co-owns the store on Walton Blvd along with two other families.

Additional details about the arrest will be reported once court documents are made available.

You may want to get your facts straight and not start a witch hunt against an innocent business. I’ve read edits on multiple news sites that he is NOT an owner. He served as manager. His wife was listed as co-owner

You said it right there: “edits.” Multiple agencies were initially reporting him as a co-owner, based on filings. We, much like them, have corrected the story.

I would argue that we have never once “started a witch hunt against an innocent business.” None of our stories have implied that Rise’n Roll was involved in or endorsed the alleged actions.

Thank you for your feedback.
