Woman accused of sex with teen calls him predator…

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) _ A 44-year-old Muncie woman who was arrested on a charge she had sex with a 15-year-old boy told police the teenager was a sexual predator.

Brenda Sue Phillips was free on bond Wednesday, two days after she was jailed on a preliminary charge of sexual misconduct with a minor.

The Star Press and WRTV-TV report the boy told police in October that he and Phillips had sex in her car after she gave him a ride home last summer.

A police report says that Phillips denied the allegation when she was questioned by police in November and referred to the youth as a “sexual predator.”

The Associated Press could not reach Phillips for comment Wednesday because her phone number was unpublished. It wasn’t clear if she had an attorney.
