FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Nineteen people were arrested in Fort Wayne over the weekend by excise police. Fifteen of those were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, most of the arrests on Friday were made after police got a complaint of a loud party on Ashland Drive, near St. Joe Road.
